Manager, Social Work Starting Salary Range: $84,495 - $101,395 GGRC is hiring for an Manager, Social Work who will be reporting to the Director of Regional Center Services to provide management direction, including oversight of case management, and advocacy of the GGRC San Mateo County office This position will be based out of our office in San Mateo in a hybrid schedule. Local travel within the Counties of San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin will be required. Occasional statewide travel to sites throughout California will also be required. In addition, access to reliable transportation permitting travel to and between many different locations throughout the day in order to perform the outlined responsibilities of the position will be required. Responsibilities: - Management of Regional Center Services to Individuals and Families - Define and monitor expectations of staff based upon agency policy. - Direct through line staff the delivery of clinical and social work services to those served and their families at a local level. - Interprets policy within the guidelines set forth by the agency and consults with peers to ensure consistency between counties.
