An ideal candidate is hands‑on, has a technical mindset, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, improving all equipment, processes, and systems used in UV wafer manufacturing. The technician will partner with Engineers, Production, and Quality to execute preventative maintenance (PM), change‑point management (CPM), failure analysis, and process rework while remaining compliant with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols. This role requires a blend of deep technical skill, analytical thinking, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
