Job description

Your mission: - Test Strategy Development: Design and implement test strategies to validate the functionality, performance, reliability, and security of our solutions within the Intelligence value stream in Service Management . - Quality Assurance: Execute automated and exploratory tests, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure issues are understood and resolved promptly. - AI-Enhanced Testing: Use AI tools to support QA activities such as test case creation, test data preparation, documentation, defect analysis, and automation support. - AI Feature Validation: Help validate AI-enabled product capabilities, including expected behavior, reliability, edge cases, user experience, and output consistency. - Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvements by analyzing test results, identifying trends, and implementing practical best practices for software quality assurance. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality risks. - Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test suites to enhance the e...
