Position Overview: The Manager, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective HSE management systems, policies, and programs to ensure a safe and healthy workplace at Alcon. This role provides strategic leadership and guidance on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Alcon’s internal standards.
