YOUR MISSION (The Job Description): The Manager of Team Member Relations will be responsible for ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees as well as interpreting and ensuring consistent policy application, mediating conflicts, coaching, and counseling to improve relationships and performance across the resort. This position will be a subject matter expert of the Culinary CBA managing all aspects including but not limited to grievances, and arbitrations.
