We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Professional to support and maintain these assets at a high level. - Location: Multiple Commercial Properties (Primary base: Centreville, IL / St. Louis Region) - Compensation: $25–$30/hr based on experience & certifications, plus full benefits package - Hours: M–F 8:00am–5:00pm, On-call as needed for emergencies The Opportunity: We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Technician who understands that in commercial real estate, downtime costs money. This role is responsible for ensuring all building systems are operational, tenants are supported, and properties are maintained to professional standards.
