Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Service and Guest Experience: - Ensure excellent customer service to provide an outstanding guest experience at all times. - Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. - Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage menu items, including new releases and seasonal offerings, to make informed recommendations. - Assist customers by taking and accurately processing food and beverage orders, including special attention to allergies, restrictions, and dietary preferences. - Answer and assist customers with questions, reservations, and general inquiries. - Maintain an accurate cash drawer and handle cre...
