Description Position Title: Construction Inspector: Reports to: Operations Manager: Location: Goodfellow AFB, TX: Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Construction Inspector to support the 17th Civil Engineer Squadron (17 CES) in Goodfellow AFB, TX. This position is contingent upon contract award. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Inspect construction sites as a technical representative. - Responsible for reading and interpreting plans and specifications. - Inspect materials and workmanship. - Insure safety requirement of construction projects in accordance with organization policies and procedures. - Interact with technical or management specialists within the customer organization. - Participate in regular meetings with the customer organization and its stakeholders. - All other duties as assigned.
