Position Summary & Overall purpose: Responsible for all the Sales Administrative and operational activities performed in NY & Baltimore. Responsible for the On-Boarding, Off-boarding, training and coordination of the Relationship Manager. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES (this section includes the major duties): Office Administration & Regional Operations o Lead the logistics and coordination of all sales events, including Relationship Manager Happy Hours, "Live Under 5," Lunch & Learns, and dinners. o Support and assist with all technology initiatives, projects, and system conversions. o Partner with Sales Operations to coordinate RM training sessions and related activities. o Provide support to visiting Sales Leadership and Relationship Managers as needed. o Serve as a backup for CT recruiting and onboarding activities. o Maintain ownership o...
