The Director of Fraud Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s fraud prevention, detection, and investigation programs. This role optimizes fraud-fighting processes, leverages data and technology to reduce risk, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires deep fraud experience with strong leadership, analytical, and operational excellence skills. There is only one position. Preference is for successful candidate to be hybrid close to our Dresher, PA or Newton, MA locations. Remote candidates on the East Coast may be considered.
