SALARY: £35,000-£40,000 per annum: HOURS: Full Time ABOUT THE ROLE: The Assistant Head Baker at Daylesford acts as second‑in‑command to the Head Baker, stepping in to lead the team whenever required. In this role, the majority of their time will be dedicated to crafting our award‑winning organic bakery products specifically for the Daylesford Cotswolds Farm shop , shifts starting between 16.00 and 17.00, finishing between 12.30 and 01.30. This position plays a key part in enhancing freshness, consistency, and availability as we transition to a new shift structure, one that separates production for our London farm shops from the bespoke supply created exclusively for the Cotswolds. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Head Baker in leading the night‑shift team to produce Daylesford’s organic breads and viennoiserie for our Farmshops, cafés, and Bamford Collection pubs and hotels.
