Role Overview Genus is seeking a Director of Biosystems Engineering to lead one of the most technically complex and business‑critical engineering platforms in our organization. This role is accountable for translating advanced bioscience, optics, electronics, software, and automation into reliable, scalable, field‑deployed systems that directly drive commercial outcomes.This is not a traditional research or functional engineering leadership role. It is a systems‑level platform leadership position responsible for integrating multiple advanced engineering disciplines, scaling production, supporting a global installed base, and leading a high‑performing multidisciplinary team in a fast‑moving, high‑expectation environment. This is a hybrid role in the Windsor, WI area with a minimum requirement of three (3) days a week on-site.
