Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation, management and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell and 4G/5G Private Cellular Networks (PCN) for Enterprise and Public Sector customers. We are seeking a motivated (Entry Level) Sales Engineer I to join our wireless solutions team to support our Western region (California, Pacific Northwest, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico). This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in applying engineering fundamentals in a customer-facing environment while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world wireless systems. Though this is a primarily remote role (90%), some travel is required (10%). Candidates should reside in the Western region- Southern California preferred but not required. You will work alongside industry leading engineers and sales professionals to support the design and delivery of in-building wireless infrastructure across commercial, healthcare, education, and public-sector environments.
