JOB DETAILS: Shift 1st/Day Shift Location In Office Schedule To be provided by leader Salary Range $101,086 - $173,262 Annually JOB SUMMARY: The Business Analytics Manager will lead a team of analysts to develop, produce, deploy, and support strategic analytical tools and dashboards to maximize operational capacity and improve profitability. Provide strategic direction for the organization’s data and analytics efforts utilizing internal and external data sources and economic conditions. The role requires a deep understanding of data structure, management, analytics, and current analytical and visualization tools. Responsible for management and prioritization of complex data projects within the supporting organizational areas. Directly collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization including Executive Leadership and must maintain an in-depth understanding of Caterpillar and Empire’s business data systems.
