Job description
As the Trainer - Facility Operations, you will be responsible for establishing structured accountability through the standardization of processes, ensuring consistent and comprehensive training for all operations associates. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with audits, safety standards and company policies while contributing to the development of processes and procedures. You will report directly to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Working Environment: Warehouse – Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally well ventilated and well lighted. Warehouse employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing. Operates heavy equipment.
