About You & The Role This role is for a Pizzaiolo who takes pride in doing things properly and delivering consistent results, service after service. You will work in a structured, high-volume pizza section with clear standards for dough handling, topping, baking, and presentation. The pace is fast and the work is repetitive at times, but the satisfaction comes from precision, rhythm, and maintaining quality under pressure. Great pizza here is the result of focus, timing, and respect for the process. Progress in this role doesnt come from fast titles or constant change.
