The Company Resource Services Group X is a leading provider of innovative, integrated ME&I solutions in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Infrastructure industries in Australia and abroad. About the Role: Join our team to supervise and coordinate Transmission and Distribution construction WA based projects. This position will be a FIFO from Perth to Pilbara, WA on a 2:1 roster. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate HV electrical works across Transmission and Distribution Construction projects. - Lead and mentor Linesman crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of overhead and underground infrastructure. - Monitor compliance with site safety standards, electrical codes, and project specifications. - Manage daily scheduling resource allocation, and reporting. - Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure alignment with project milestones. - Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure adherence to fatigue management and life saving rules. - Support commissioning activities and ensure readiness for energisation. - Participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
