JOB SUMMARY: Salary range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, plus potential for commission and bonus. Holland is seeking a customer service and goal-oriented individual to join our collaborative team at Orlo, our community nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley in Santa Clara, California. As a Sales Associate, you’ll provide essential administrative and leasing support to the on-site sales team. The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing apartment homes to potential residents and always encouraging renewals while providing excellent customer service in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
