Job Description Summary This position is available within the University of Maryland’s Division of Information Technology (DIT). Director, Special Projects & Campus Partnerships is a customer-focused leader responsible for shaping and driving an integrated service strategy across UMD’s core technology services—including campus networking, platform/infrastructure services, unified communications, and identity and access services—by working hands-on with technical leaders and stakeholders across the University. This role serves as a strategic partner to academic and administrative units across campus, ensuring technology services are aligned to institutional priorities and delivered with excellent customer experience. The Director develops and executes an enterprise technology adoption strategy for key services and initiatives, building campus readiness through effective communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
