Operations Supervisor Yukon, OK General Purpose: The Procurement & Warehouse Operations department supports business execution by managing inventory procurement, central warehouse operations, and system accuracy. The team ensures materials and tools are available when needed, stored safely and efficiently, and managed in compliance with company processes, safety standards, and financial controls. The department partners closely with corporate, project, and site teams to deliver reliable service and operational support. Responsibilities: Manage tooling and inventory procurement to support business and operational requirements Work with corporate partners to maintain and update ticket systems and other data handling systems (SAP, etc) Supervise staff ensuring all aspects of warehouse management are satisfied and meet established guidelines Update Standard Operating Process (SOP) for central warehouse operation Oversee daily operations to ensure: timely posting of all inventory transactions such as PR creation, IR creation, Receiving, and put aways utilization of warehouse to achieve most efficient use of floor space completion of monthly review and clean up for workflow and materials...
