What You'll Be Doing: - Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safe, efficient production - Coordinate staffing, equipment usage, and material flow to meet production goals - Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards and support corrective actions - Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, and operational standards - Support employee development through coaching, communication, and collaboration What Are We Looking For: - Leadership in mining and aggregates-demonstrated ability to lead crews in quarry, open-pit or heavy manufacturing environments, including oversight of drilling, blasting, load and haul, and primary crushing operations. - Safey first mindset strong commitment to safe blasting procedures, controlled drilling operations, and compliance with MSHA and site specific safety protocols.
