This position is designed to support one of our Sports Medicine Physicians and will require travel to our offices in Blue Bell and Glen Mills, PA. Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM Job Summary: The Non-Surgical Clinical Assistant provides assistance to the Physician and Physician's Assistant with daily administrative and clinical duties. Key Accountabilities: Increase patient satisfaction, compliance with schedule prep, voicemail, accurate end of day batching, compliance with time stamping, compliance with clinical policies and procedures, wait times, timeliness and accuracy with pre certs and authorizations Essential Duties: Greets patients in the waiting room and escorts them to the exam room.
