Job description

We are looking for a Firmware & API Developer to join our R&D Hardware team, supporting embedded firmware development and interfacing with the software team through robust and high-performance APIs. The successful candidate will work on complex embedded systems with real-time operating systems, contributing to the technological evolution of our distributed monitoring products. Your role: - Development and maintenance of APIs for interfacing between hardware and software application layer - Embedded firmware development on RTOS platforms (ThreadX) - You will develop of C/C++ PC applications for firmware and hardware testing, debugging, and validation - Creation of tools for data management and collection, implementation of test protocols - You will manage the communication and integration between firmware and software systems - Collaboration with the hardware team to optimize system performance - Firmware debugging and testing on embedded targets - Technical documentation of APIs, communication protocols, and firmware architectures - Support to the software team in the integration of developed APIs Your experience: Prysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and rec...
