Afterschool Site Specialist - MAGNA, UT

Job description

Overview The Site Specialist will oversee the afterschool program at a school in Magna, Utah in Salt Lake County during the school year. They will work with educators, parents, and students in Kindergarten to 8th grade. The successful applicant will work up to 25 hours a week implementing afterschool work and inputting data to illustrate grant success. The Site Specialist will be the primary liaison between families and the afterschool program. They will also help to recruit educators to lead afterschool clubs. Responsibilities: The Site Specialist will oversee the afterschool program at a school in Magna, UT from 3:15pm-6:30pm Monday to Thursday. Primary responsibilities include checking students in and out of the program, providing snack, managing behavior, recording attendance and other data, communicating with parents, and helping families and students to register for afterschool activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for helping with monthly family nights and other family activities.
