Job description

Competencies: - Support the Assistant General Counsel, Privacy with the implementation of the North America privacy program to support online, retail, and internal employee initiatives. - Become an integral part of the North America data privacy function, acting as privacy point of contact for business teams. - Develop in-depth understanding of Bally’s group businesses to provide adequate and strategic recommendations and consultation on business privacy requests. - Provide day to day privacy guidance to the North America business teams, balancing the intersection of data privacy compliance and business operational needs. - Support the business’s privacy compliance efforts across US state and Canadian data protection laws and regulations. - Perform operational activities to support the management of an effective privacy program (e.g., creating reports and documentation, using privacy software management tools, designing privacy compliance processes). - Review and revise data protection agreements to promote compliance with data protection laws and mitigate business risk. - Support and contribute to the completion of data protection impact assessments and data mapping initiatives. -...
