The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional product delivery teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to build product roadmaps, align customer, vendor, and internal team working processes, and ensure the delivery of digital solutions that drive business value and enhance user experiences. A critical component of this role includes direct facilitation with business stakeholders in healthcare provider and shared services operations, to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. These requirements will serve as the foundation for accurate technical estimation and implementation by the product delivery teams.
