POSITION SUMMARY: The National Purchase Specialist - Avenue is responsible for coordinating and processing national real estate purchase transactions from contract receipt through closing and post-closing. This role reviews purchase contracts, manages client website requirements, prepares settlement statements for closer and lender review, assembles complete closing packages, and assists with scheduling closing times.
