About you: We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused casual Customer Service Officer to join the UniActive team. As the face of UniActive, you will provide exceptional front desk service to members, students and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service both face-to-face and over the phone, while assisting with memberships, bookings, payments, administration and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
