About the Team: We are looking for a new candidate for the position of Sales Enablement Head IMEA (m/f/d) within Aftermarket Division in our Istanbul, Sultanbeyli location . Apart from Türkiye, we are also open for following locations: India (Pune, Bangalore), South Africa (Germiston). What you can look forward to as Sales Enablement Head IMEA (m/f/d): What you can look forward to as Sales Enablement Head IMEA (m/f/d): - Drive and increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, through adapted tools, processes, and data empowerment, - Ownership of resource planning and conduct sales training programs using collaboration tools. Enforce adoption of digital tools and processes across the sales organization, - Create regional alignment and coordination with the Regional Commercial Excellence team, - Track and steer metrics such as customer-facing activity, performance vs target & technology adoption, productivity, competency mgmt. in the sales organization, - To lead and manage digital & transformational projects developed for the sales team.
