You’re only human. It’s a strange thing to say, because us humans are capable of incredible things. And at Medibank, we know our greatest potential lies in the people who work with us. We are seeking Junior or Entry-Level Service Desk Agents to provide after-hours IT support on an initial 6‑month contract, commencing ASAP. This role is ideal for candidates starting their IT career, as the after-hours workload is minimal and primarily involves requests such as answering inbound calls, performing basic troubleshooting, and completing password resets, with clear escalation paths in place. Coverage is required Monday to Friday from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, as well as Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating basis. Successful candidates will be paid an hourly rate of up to $52 inclusive of superannuation, with applicable after-hours penalty rates.
