About the Role: As the Associate Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering HR services to your assigned region of campuses while gaining hands-on experience in aligning people strategies with business objectives. Working under the guidance of an HR Business Partner and within a team led by the Manager of Business Partnerships, you'll develop expertise in providing HR support that enhances organizational effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build your HR capabilities and business acumen by partnering with campus leadership to support the development and implementation of HR best practices. In this role, you'll assist with analyzing workforce data and trends, managing employee relations matters, supporting talent and performance initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. This position provides a clear growth path toward becoming a strategic HR advisor capable of independently driving performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
