In the role of Finance Accountant , you’ll take ownership of end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and supporting financial operations as we grow. You’ll work closely with leadership and contribute to building scalable financial processes. Your Responsibilities: - Manage daily cash flow, monitor bank accounts, and ensure sufficient liquidity - Support cash flow forecasting in collaboration with leadership - Oversee and review accounting entries from external accountants - Process outgoing payments accurately and on time; support month-end close and maintain AP records - Prepare and file VAT (DPH) returns in line with Czech regulations - Reconcile VAT accounts, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with tax advisors - Perform regular reconciliations (bank, VAT, AP, accruals, prepayments) - Book payroll entries, ensure correct cost allocation, and reconcile payroll-related balance sheet...
