Location: Avera McKennan Hospital Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Afternoon Shift (United States of America) Pay Range: The pay range for this position is listed below. Work where you matter. A Brief Overview: Performs decontamination and sterilization procedures according to Infection Control and QA guidelines. Provides the physicians, OR staff, and nurses with products safe for patient use on a routine basis or as emergency needs demand. What you will do: - Performs decontamination, assembly and sterilization, according to Infection Control and established QA monitoring guidelines as demonstrated by annual competency review. - Operates sterilization equipment which includes: steam, ETO, and hydrogen peroxide sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaner, washer/sterilizer, and automated cart washer. - Operates equipment according to manufacturer operational directions a...
