The Senior Tax Advisor is a key role for Shell Australia based in Perth . In this position you will be responsible for providing specialist tax advice to the Integrated Gas business to ensure adequate and proactive responses to business opportunities and risk. It includes collaboration with other tax functional areas (transfer pricing, indirect tax and employment tax). Some of the key deliverables and responsibilities of this role are: Identify and resolve technical problems by facilitating solutions individually or as part of a cross-functional team and serve as first management line of escalation and resolution of issues. Provide proactive and straightforward advice to complex businesses and transactions whilst balancing value and risk. Interact with Global and Regional teams to ensure cross-border issues are properly managed . Develop and maintain expertise in country tax advice and structuring, including knowledge sharing with fellow team members (both onshore & offshore)...
