Location Address: 6220 Duquesne Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30336 Work Shift: 8hr-1st Shift (United States of America) Altium’s Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on all machinery and equipment in the manufacturing Plant. The primary goal of this role is to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and extend the lifespan of all manufacturing equipment through proactive maintenance activities. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. - Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment such as injection molding machines, extruders, blow molders, and auxiliary equipment. - Inspect and clean machinery components, lubricate moving parts, and replace worn-out parts as necessary. - Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify potential issues. - Use diagnostic tools and techniques to detect signs of wear, malfunction, or inefficiencies. - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts replacements. - Document any observed trends or recurring issues and report them to the preventive...
