States considered: NJ Role Description: The Sr. Manager, Strategic FP&A role reports to the Sr. Director, Head of Strategic FP&A and will be working closely with FP&A, Strategy, BD/M&A, and business units to support the long-range planning processes, continuous improvement initiatives in FP&A capability, and contributes to shaping financial narratives for internal stakeholders. The role plays an important part in advancing FP&A’s impact, developing financial strategy capabilities, and ensuring consistency across financial activities. The role reports directly to the Sr Director, Head of Strategic FP&A. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Long-Range Planning & Scenario Analysis - Support the company’s long-range planning (LRP) process, including developing scenario models, sensitivities, and supporting risk analysis. - Ensure the financial impacts of initiatives are incorporated accurately in planning outputs. - Regularly assess and refine key assumptions to improve forecast accuracy. - Provide financial analysis and insights to support leadership in evaluating trade-offs, risks, and opportunities for value creation.
