Job description

Position: Organizational Development Specialist Reports to: Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) Manager Department: Human Resources: Purpose: The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist supports the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives that foster growth, engagement, and performance across Excel Fitness. This role partners with leaders and subject matter experts to create learning content, administer learning systems, and facilitate engaging training experiences that strengthen the Excel Fitness culture and leadership pipeline. Qualifications: Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other employees at all levels across various departments. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, fax machines and phones.
