Job Description: This role is designed for a strategic, embedded market and competitive intelligence professional—not a request-driven report generator. The Market & Competitive Intelligence Manager will work shoulder to shoulder with an Analytics Manager and Client Feedback Manager under a new team lead to develop a deep, evolving understanding of the firm’s priority clients, their businesses, and the competitive landscape. The primary objective is to identify growth opportunities, risks, and strategic implications for the firm by translating market and competitive signals into clear, actionable insight. This individual will help shift intelligence from reactive research to proactive advisory, influencing business development, client strategy, and firmwide decision-making.
