City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Overview: Overview Epic IT Manager, Ambulatory, HOD and Non-Epic Applications The Epic Ambulatory/HOD IT Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic application solutions for physician practices, hospital outpatient departments, as well as the management of key third-party clinical applications, including Natus Neuroworks and Polysmith. This role supports ambulatory clinical operations by ensuring integrated, reliable, and efficient technology solutions that align with clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. The manager partners closely with providers, nursing, operational leaders, and vendors to translate clinical workflow needs into effective Epic and third-party system solutions. The position provides hands-on leadership and oversight of multiple Epic applications and interfaced applications, while leading a team of analysts to deliver stable, scalable, and high-quality IT services.
