As part of a client-facing Professional Services team, the Senior Consultant provides dedicated support to one or more strategic clients implementing Commercial Loan Servicing. In this role, you will: Provide ongoing support to developers throughout the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements and resolving issues as needed. Assist clients during their testing efforts, offering guidance and troubleshooting to ensure successful validation and adoption. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
