Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our construction team for a 12-month contract to work in the Drax, Selby office. Your team: - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM - Full‑time, office‑based position - 12‑month contract Making Possible: What do you bring to the role? - Reporting of KPI's - Reception cover when required which includes meet and greet of visitors - Utilising and setting up the site clocking system - Completing the site resource tracker each week - General filing and office duties - Soft copy file management - Record Keeping - Assisting managers with clerical duties - Ordering office consumables - Correspondence in and out - General office housekeeping - Managing the meeting rooms and office hot desks - Assisting other departments with Admin duties where required including Social Value - Strong interpersonal skills - At least 2 years experience in a fast paced similar role - Strong IT experience, preferably with Microsoft office - Ability to work in a large scale, multi-site organisation - Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills - Must have excellent verbal and written c...
