Job description

Director, Global Financial Planning & Analysis: Direct global corporate planning cycles, including coordination, development, and consolidation of the 3-year strategic plan, annual operating plan (budget), and periodic forecasts in alignment with senior leadership engagement. Manage preparation of business data and provide leadership in the development of long-term strategic global business plans. Review and analyze appropriate financial & operational data to develop standard and ad hoc reports and presentations, drafted by subordinate and other employees, for senior management, parent company, board of directors, and external stakeholders. Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with management across all functional areas to align business objectives. Lead monthly business unit review sessions, shaping consolidated presentations that highlight key business drivers and outcomes. Manage preparation of consolidated monthly flash reports and financial statements, including P/L and C/F, with emphasis on working capital performance.
