Description The Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with Heavy Equipment OEM warranty programs, and supporting internal teams with warranty-related processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to interpret technical information to process claims accurately. The Warranty Specialist will collaborate closely with service departments, maintain thorough documentation, and navigate both OEM and internal systems to ensure efficient claim handling and resolution.
