Job Summary and Responsibilities: Physician Pathways Program participants are assigned to a mentor who will provide advice and guidance throughout the duration of the program. Participants are expected to spend 1-3 hours per month on Physician Pathways Program activities that will help them learn how to operate and thrive as a full-time physician within Kelsey-Seybold. Compensation: Physician Resident will receive an adjusted annual salary.
