Job Description: Essential Job Functions: - Support the development and execution of corporate development strategies to achieve organizational objectives. - Collaborate with the Senior Director and leadership team on operating models, go-to-market strategies, and service strategies. - Assist in the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities. - Contribute to divestiture activities, including asset or division sales. - Assist in the strategic management of intellectual property assets. - Help communicate and promote the corporate growth vision throughout the organization. - Analyze financial and operational data to support growth opportunities. - Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential targets.
