Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Valet Attendant is responsible for parking and delivering casino patron's vehicles to and from the casino or hotel entrance. Valet Attendants are responsible for the safety of customer's vehicles. You will report to Valet Leadership. Start Rate: $8.00/hour + tips | Part time | Weekends & holidays Primary Tasks: - You will open the door of the car for the guest at the main entrance of the hotel and assist to unload the luggage if any . - Assist customers when exiting or entering the vehicle. - Extend warm welcome and appreciation to every guest. - Offer information about features of rooms, services of hotel and points of interest. - You will drive designated vehicles in a safe manner following established traffic or transportation procedures. - Check and note any damage to vehicle before driving. - Ensure that vehicles are locked and keys are returned to valet. - Retrieve vehicles in a safe manner, opening the doors for guests and thanking them for coming to Choctaw Casinos. - Communicate with dispatchers by radio to exchange information and receive requests for passenger.
