Program Manager (Trim / Foams)

Job description

The Program Manager is responsible for delivering customer programs on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. We are building a dedicated program team to support the delivery of a major new platform for prestigious OEM customers. The programs focus on the development and industrialisation of automotive seating and interior systems (Trim and Foam), supporting new vehicle launches. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales, ensuring programs are executed using a consistent and standardised approach with clear reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication.
