Are you a People & Culture professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and working in a hands‑on, all‑rounder P&C role? We’re looking for a People & Culture Business Advisor to join Jowett Motor Group and help elevate the employee experience across our dealership network. JMG is one of Australia’s most respected family‑owned automotive groups, spanning 19 dealerships, five leading brands, and a team of 500+ professionals across Victoria, South Australia and the ACT. We proudly partner with global brands including BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad, Audi, Honda, Chery and Geely. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders across your allocated dealerships - providing practical P&C support while also contributing to broader strategic initiatives. Your work will span coaching, onboarding, ER guidance, workforce planning and day‑to‑day coordination, ensuring our approach aligns with JMG’s Purpose and Mantras.
