How You Will Contribute: Ciena is seeking an Analog Engineer to ensure compliance of our in-house designed Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) with relevant industry interop specifications such as IEEE and OIF. As part of the Analog Integration team, you will collaborate closely with the Analog & DSP design teams, Firmware teams, and Signal Integrity teams to help productize our SerDes for optimal performance while maintaining compliance. In this role, you will: Ensure Ciena's in-house designed SerDes are compliant with all relevant IEEE standards. Collaborate with design and integration teams to optimize SerDes performance. Run stress tests on high-speed SERDES, including 112/224G PAM4 SERDES drivers and receivers, to optimize functionality and ensure system integrity. Perform detailed testing and analysis t...
