What the Role Is The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple car wash locations within the Inland Empire district. This role ensures that locations meet company standards for customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance. The District Manager leads, coaches, and develops General Managers to drive results and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will be sales and service-driven with strong management experience. Preference will be given to local candidates.
